POETRY IN EDUCATION

     IN.VERSE.ENGLISH

 

 

 

   Think from your heart…and you shall never drown

                in the sea of adjectives….nouns….or pronoun

 

Grammar scares weaklings who do not keep awake

        as when we read…or write…sentences they take

 

   after life…..which you notice  …is quite funny

  

and for the plurals … well, there is none for the ‘money’

 

     gender issues are sure mind-benders first class

            as a feminine for a lad is not girl…it is lass

 

    now what is the masculine gender for a Peahen

you can figure it out…only if you see …only then !

             

Poetry is to be felt….not merely read aloud

                  and poets…they often line…every silver    ………          with a cloud !!!

 

               but if you are smart and keep your eyes open

          then for you…poetry is bliss…a lovely way for expression

 

      Prose too is not dull….it is the way you look at it

              as an essay…if well written…can be a smashing hit !          

So why don’t you start thinking…for a change…from your heart !

                   

                                                        

          ‘Language’ is no drudgery…..it is surely an art !

                       

            …to express and impress…..to talk and convey

 

                 and to use a rhetoric……..

                         where there is a will…there is a way !!!!
